My husband told me today that my pants are really baggy on my booty!! That was SO exciting to hear! I've been trying really hard to get through a plateau and I haven't gotten below 170 for the longest time. Well, today I weighed myself and I was 169.4!!!!
Congrats to you! I just love it when I finally see the scale moving again. I've been stuck for a bit but I know I'm doing all the right things so I'm not too concerned. Nice that your hubby noticed!
First goal: under 180: 3/4/15
Second goal: 175 or below:
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
starting: shirt size L, pant size 14 | current: shirt size S, pant size loose 6
Current goal: Exercise lots during the summer
-Lose a "Freshman 15" instead of gaining it! (MET at 149 lbs)
-Enjoy life AND have a good semester, academically (MET, good semester mentally/emotionally and 4.0 semester GPA!)
