Default My first 10 lbs. lost

There were certainly days when I didn't think I would lose my first 10 lbs, but that day has arrived. I could not be happier. My first major goal has been reached and I am looking forward to the next 10. Love seeing the new numbers on the scale.

one carrot per 5 lbs. gone

Nice! Congrats and good job... keep it going! You only have to do what you just did 3.5 more times!

I think the one of the best things I did was measure myself at the beginning of my healthy eating habits. Losing 20 inches has been very encouraging on the slow loss weeks. Learning to eat for nutrition has been great and easier to remember when I am eating out or just plain hungry.

Good luck everyone, keep up the good work.
