You're a beautiful lady "before", also. But in the second picture you have a whole different aura about you. Congrats on your progress.

Hitting plateaus, getting frustrated, breaking your diet and stuff like that is NORMAL. We're all HUMAN. It just comes down to the end goal and the bigger picture. Your attitude is a perfect example! Just because you hit a brick wall it doesn't mean you should quit. I have no doubt you have or will reach your goal and likely exceed it with flying colors.

Wish you the best in health and happiness!

Whoop whoop! Well done for not quitting on yourself. It's not about getting to goal in record time. It's about making healthier lifestyle changes that you will be able to maintain for life.
You rock!

Thanks y'all! 2feelbetter, in all honesty I stopped eating too many calories. When I say that I have tried everything I mean it!

It all came down to eating 1200 calories and once I started doing that, the weight just fell off. I REALLY REALLY REALLY need to tone my arms and stomach. (had a c-section in 2009) and miss my flat youthful stomach. I'm kind of at a loss how to tone though. I didn't really work out until recently, and what I've been doing are the youtube videos of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. It has worked wonders.

A little secret I have that "tricked" my body into losing weight more rapidly was this : 5 days out of the week I eat 1200 calories. The other two days I eat 2000 calories. So, Sunday to Tuesday I have 1200, on Wednesday 2000, then Friday 1200, and Saturday 2000. It has helped the weight literally melt off.

At first I was weighing myself each day, but have now cut it down to once every few days. Hope this helps. . . . I tend to ramble

It seems that counting calories is the best way. I had started using my fitness pal which is a vreat app. Then I slacked off. Time to get back to it again.
