Ok, so this is only just something to shout about, but what the ****, I'm going ot do it anyway
So I went home from uni for easter break. 5 whole weeks with little control over my food. 5 weeks scales vacation after being a daily weigher for 3 months.
And I managed not to gain ANY weight
in fact I lost almost 3 lbs!
Its only 3 lbs, but by god I'm happy about it. I was sooo epecting there to be (more than) a little gain on there as my fmaily has absolutely no comcept of portion control. Its nice to know I can do it own my own ^_^
