Thumbs up Below 160lbs...FINALLY

This may seem small and trivial but my first goal was to get below 160lbs. I have been hovering around 164-165lbs for what seems like forever. I could never get below that because i would always pig out in the evening and ruin any good that i did that day. Well this morning i weighed myself and i was 159.8lbs. Not *that much* below 160lbs...only .2 but it is STILL below and i'm gonna take it and be happy with it! I'm hoping this can motivate me to stay on track! Next goal...150lbs!!

Good job. I'm also at the 160's right now (161.2) and my first goal is to get under 159 and STICK TO It! (and by that I mean to never see the number 160 ever again).
