Well I started in weighing 298 and this is the biggest I have ever been in my life so I started researching what healthy weight is for my height... and I'm certain there is no way I could ever be that small, lol! I am big boned and it runs in the family but I set my goal weight at 175. Then once I make it there I will see if I can lose more or where I stand!!! Getting below 200 at this point would be my biggest success!
