Height: 5' 8"

Default 20 lbs down- plenty more to go

I am down 20 lbs. I don't feel like there is much difference, but I thought I would take some pics to see if maybe it was just in my head. The first pic is at my highest weight. The next set is all taken in the same outfit to see a real difference. The first in the set is from late last year. I didn't get serious about losing until march. The next two in this set are from today. Its a 20lb difference. I think I can see a little difference.

You look awesome! I think your shirt is quite cool, even if I do hate spiders!

Congrats!

OMGosh - YES IT'S A BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Your face has thinned out so you almost look like you are a different person and certainly your waist and tummy are much slimmer. And look your arms hang straight down now - not stuck out slightly. I CAN'T WAIT til I see the same thing in myself! It looks like the shirt and shorts are stretchy so you won't see it so much except there is less of you and the outfit looks much better on. Did you keep any old jeans to test? CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR HARD WORK.

I gave all of my old jeans to my sister, who they unfortunately fit. I feel better in my clothes now, but I still have a long way to go. I have been at my goal weight before, so I have pictures of me at that size. I can't wait to get there. I have saved a ton of money for a whole new wardrobe and makeover. It is something to work towards. I don't look very good in these pictures. The clothes are tight workout clothes and not what I normally wear. I look much better than this on a daily basis, but this gives a more accurate view of body changes.

Thanks for all the support. Sometimes you just need to notice that you have made a difference, to keep going. I have big goals for the end of the summer, and I need to stay focused and on track.

"A little difference?!?!?!" Are you kidding? There is a HUGE difference. I was just thinking, can 20 lbs make such a difference. I checked your height to see if you were as short as I am, and no, you are tall, so wow, that means if I lose 20 lbs it would be even more noticeable. Wow. It was only then I read what you had written. Jaysus, you've got to know that the difference is extremely noticeable. Congratulations and kudos to you for all your hard work!
