Red face NSV- nice legs and butt haha.

One would think with how long I've been here I'd remember to post these in the mini-goal album...but nope. ): Sorry, for the millionth time!

I've been kinda feeling down and out because the scale just has NOT been moving lately. On the up side, I recently got my bike out of the garage and have been going for a ride every day or every other day. On the way back from a ride, I was walking into my bedroom- and I noticed, in a mirror (waiting to be hung in my sisters room) propped up against the wall that I actually LIKED what I saw. I think I have nice legs, and, a pretty nice badonkadonk, too! Sure there's still a long way to go, but it really made my day. Also you can tell I have a waist in this pic! lol

I know it's not a huge accomplishment and I probably shouldn't be this happy about it, but I am, and wanted to share. Here you go!

I'm kind of leaned at an awkward angle in this next pic, because I was having trouble taking it lol.
[at least I'm wearing shorts in this one, right? :P]
I was also noticing I have really nice/strong outer thighs, but my inner thighs is where things really start to go wrong. They're like jello. Any good exercises to firm those up more? I've been doing squats, and TRYING to do lunges.

Looking good!

I think your best bet for your inner thighs is to continue to lose weight.

Great job! I love that you're appreciating all your hard work! Inner thighs are the toughest area to work. Try leg raises (laying on your side with ankle weights if you have them). Try to get your hands on that gadget Suzanne Sommers was selling (Thigh-Master), that would work the inner thighs a lot! They're cheap on Amazon and probably in most discount retail stores.
Keep up the great work and keep riding that bike - awesome exercise!
