tomorrow is my weigh-in day....but today i took my measurements for the first time since two weeks ago when i first started using the Bar Method workout..i did the workout 6 times in two weeks for 45 minutes
i don't think my loss is anything spectacular, of course i don't have anything to compare it too
from my under bust measurement i lost 1.5"
no loss in my bust
1.5" loss in both upper arm measurements (3" total)
no loss in calves
no loss in thighs
no loss in waist
1" loss in hip measurement
so a total of 5.5" loss in two weeks
