Yes! There is a definite difference. You talk about how the first 20 didn't show as much difference and this past 20 did - guess what, the next 20 ish will be a real transformation! Isn't it exciting to see your new self emerge?!

great job! I love pictures too, it helps me 'see' both mine and other's progress so much easier than just reading, 40 pounds lost, or 80 pounds. But then again I"m very visual, too.
