Talking No longer in + SIZES!!!!

This weekend was my time to go shopping to try on clothes to see where I am and how hard I need to push to get out of the 18w and into a regular size 18.

I went to all kinds of stores and tried on all kinds of brands of clothing. All the 18s fit, the extra large shirts fit, a size 16 dress fit, I didn't have to look in the plus sizes at all!!! I am so stoked.

It is so nice not having to go to the stores and hunt down plus sizes and hope you find something nice. I found a lot of nice things and they all fit. I even looked at my profile in the mirror and can see my figure emerging.

All kinds of happy dancing going on here!!

Whooo Hooo Jigglefree! I am so excited for you! It is a wonderful feeling not to have to go to that tiny little section of the store now, isn't it? You have the whole rest of the store to choose from - FREEDOM FROM THE PLUS SIZE SECTION!!

Yay for regular 18's - size 10's here we come!!!

Thanks Ladies!!!

I'm excited. It's so much fun to go shopping and try on smaller clothes. The odd thing is my sisters don't understand all that you go through being able to fit in smaller sizes. One of them had no idea that an 18w and 18 was different. Or the misses XL and the 1x are not the same size. The other one said you been eating right and working out so what did you expect would happen? Yea I expected it to happen but for it to actually be happening means I'm doing well. I don't get down on them because neither of them have been over a size 10 even when they were pregnant. But anywho, I'm excited about my progress.

Great news! I hear you about shopping, and in double. I live outside of the US and have a terrible time finding things that fit, much less that fit and are cute and flattering. Can't wait to be able to walk into any store and know they'll have more than one thing I can try on.

Congratulations; it's such a happy accomplishment! The day I finally made it into regular sizes I went into the dressing room and sat down and cried. And I'm not much of a crier.

You look so nice in your avatar; all your hard work is paying off!

Thanks for all the love!! I had been working hard at the St Patrick's Day challenge to get in a dress that I wanted to wear on my hubby's birthday date and I made it. I have been having a great time even though challenges have risen. I look forward to meeting my next goal.
