Default Weigh what I did 3 years ago

Last time I weighed this was almost 3 years ago to the day. How grateful I am to have finally learned about calorie content of food. DH wanted to go to IHOP and it just didn't appeal to me knowing what I know about my body needs and restaraunt cooking. I really wanted my scrambled eggs at home with mushrooms and 3/4 poppy side muffin. Just had to post this.

Good for you. I know what you mean. I think about restaurant food vs home cooked meals all the time.

For breakfast do I go out and get an eggs florentine when I love homemade oatmeal with bananas? Oatmeal always wins with me.

YAY- GOOD FOR YOU - I know I'd be celebrating if I now weighed what I did 3 years ago!

I know the feeling about going out to eat now - it just doesn't seem worth it and certainly don't want the challenge (and the temptation) of finding something that will be OK when you can fix what's right on track at home - boy, have we changed or what!

Keep up the good work - it's evidently working and what's right for you!
