Today I was 142lb - so have lost 2 stone since I started - despite Christmas over eating and my gym being shut for the holidays. Next mini goal is to get to under 140lb, so am 9 stone something for the first time in years, and then to get to BMI under 25 - if I keep up my current average monthly loss I should hopefully achieve this by the end of January - and I can't wait!
