1st Mini Goal reached-a week early!
My first mini goal was to be under 220 by Thanksgiving. Well, today is Tuesday, and I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 219!!! Yay!!! I started my journey at 232 and am now at 219-I'm SOOOOO excited!!!
Nothing keeps me motivated more than seeing and feeling results-woot woot!!!

You're right - sucess breeds success - your first milestone will keep you on track and moving forward to your goal - but you know what? It also motivates the rest of us too, so thanks so much for sharing - it's not only fun to celebrate this victory with you but it also keeps us focused and inspired!
