Countrygrl ~I am just counting caloires and walking indoors 2 times a day 45 minutes each time(Which I built up to that much I started out with no exercise
But quickly added it. and I started out walking 20 minutes 3 times day)

www.freedieting.com there is some calculators on the left hand side of home page where you can figure a good amount of calories to eat of a day.(everyones varies.)
