Default I hit Onederland today!!
I am so stoked...after a few 'off-kilter' weeks, I am the proud owner of a scale that no longer has 200+ in its limited vocabulary!! I never realized what an incredibly powerful motivator one pound could be...I just had to share with folks who get it...my DH is incredibly supportive, but as a person who has NEVER had to struggle with weight, he just doesn't get why I am so pumped over a pound...I tried to explain the 'psychology' of it...but still...LOL!

Oh--and I also GPS'ed my couch to 5k route--I interval train on a 2.5 mile route now...woo-hoo!!! Halfway to that goal! There's no stopping me! (so long as my mis-aligned kneecaps keep holding up...LOL!! )

I think people that have never been over 200lbs may have a harder time understanding the excitement--- I am NOT one of those people so I am so excited for you!!!
