My running is paying off. I weighed myself today and i'm down 2.5 lbs from Monday! woo hoo!

There are no baby steps in weightloss. LOL!! Any weight loss to me is a giant step in the right direction. You GO!!!! Wish I could run again.

I achieved my mini goal of being able to run 3miles. I dont see anything on the scale changing yet again, but thats ok. I'm working at it!
