Way to go! I remember when I hit 199 I just wanted to cry I was so happy! Like you I hadn't been under 200 in many years. I kept hovering right around 200 for a few weeks. It made me crazy, but I didn't give up. I find my goals are like that. When I get close to the next goal my weight loss seems to slow down. I've learned to expect it, and it's Ok as long as the scale eventually moves in the right direction.
