Default Doctor Scale Victory!

I went to my GYN for a follow-up on an issue I'm having, and according to their scale I've lost 6 lbs since May 11! Yay!

I'm not counting their scale as an official "weigh-in" since I'll be heading to WW on Saturday for my weekly, but if the scales are the same, I'm 2 lbs down from this past Saturday. Chances are they're slightly different, but I'm still showing a downward trend which makes me very, very happy.

I've also discovered that getting my new haircut (pretty short compared to what it was, 4 1/2 inches off) has dramatically cut down my "get ready for work in the morning time"...to the point where I'm actually able to hit the gym for 30 min of cardio before going to work. My plan is to do that on a regular basis for a while, then incorporate weight training in the evening a couple times a week and once on the weekend. I want to get solid on morning cardio first though, to establish the habit of exercise.

I'm so happy!

Am I the only person who thought 6 lbs in three weeks was good?
