Thumbs up first 25 lbs *so long*

I promised myself that I would post my progress after I lost my first 25 lbs. So here it goes...

I have been doing south beach since the last week in October 06. I started going to the gym in January. The before pictures were taken in September 06 at my highest weight ever. The after pictures were taken last night, Feb 07.
