Today, I ate a healthy lunch. Today, I ate a healthy dinner. Today, instead of picking at the chocolate in the fridge, I cut up a banana and drizzled a little honey on it.
Today, I acheived a positive. It's not something huge, but it is something that I really want to continue. Some of my other posts have just bemoaned the fact that I don't eat well and there's nothing I can do about it. WRONG!
3FC has been the best support and motivation EVER. I never knew how many people had actually chosen to change their lives, instead of moaning about it.
