Well, here I am posting for the first time. I have commented on others posts, but this is my first personal post. I sit here at the end of my 3rd day of a 5 to 7 day detox and the beginning of my weightloss journey. Starting at 218, though I have lost about 8 pounds so far. On Thursday started this detox (only fruits, veggies, tea and water). No sugar, oils, carbs or protein. Suppose to shock your metabolism. Hasn't been too bad so far and have lost 3 lbs.
Thank you to all how have posted photos. They REALLY help to motivate me. Keep posting and I look forward to posting some of my own.
