Started at 175 and made it to 129, then during a military PCS, I was eating out everyday and not working out, and I found myself at 144.5LBS. I am mad at myself for gaining so much weight. I do have the knowledge of a healthy lifestyle and I know what I should be doing.
I have previously done Weight Watchers and I am currently doing south beach and hopefully getting back into running and doing jillian michael's workouts.
This it to remind myself that I have made progress and I can stop old habits right now and move forward
