i joined ww so i'm tracking everything. i'm exercising and looking for things that i like to do, i'm going to sign up for a zumba class. in the past i have gotten disheartened because i want the weight gone yesterday and give up. but this time, i have over 70lbs to lose and like you i put a realistic time on it. if i can lose 1lb per week i'll be happy with that, if i have to wait 70+ weeks i dont care, i've carried this excess weight since the birth of my baby 6 years ago, 70 weeks to lose is nothing. i will read and re-read your posts to keep me on track, thankyou for the motivation
