Remember Where You Used to Be
I've been in a plateau for a long time. A long, long, time. I've been very frustrated lately, so last night, I compared two photos of myself, and my former and current stats, just to help me remember where I was, how far I've come, and that I don't have that much further to goal. I hope this helps some of you.
The photo on the left is from 2009. I don't even know my weight. Maybe around 255.
The photo on the right was taken on my birthday, November 1, 2015. My weight hasn't changed since that I can remember.
I've lost 5 pants sizes, 4 top/shirt sizes, 1 cup size (boo) and 60 pounds.
Almost at goal weight. Focusing on muscle tone now.
