Yep I am. I know I've tried many many times over the years to lose all this weight and it never stuck. I'd always screw up. This time it's been different. It's been like, a year and a half of losing all that weight, and it's only worked for me because I completely had cut out junkfood. Occasionally I'll have junkfood now, but if I get out of control I just don't have it for awhile after until I know I can control myself. So ya, all in all it's worked out well for me.

Well done! I'm trying to lose weight, started about 3 weeks ago. And I'm really struggling if I'm honest.
What kept you going?

I'm not entirely sure what kept me going, but as I kept losing the weight I got more motivated and started buying smaller clothes and all that stuff.. and when I fit into those smaller clothes I just kept on, and just kept thinking 'that'll be me in them junior sizes' and what do ya know, I'm in them sizes now. I also kept thinking that I will be happy and everything when I'm skinny and that anything would be possible.
