My last update on my weight loss progress was sometime around the end of October and beginning of November. It's December now and I've lost an additional 10 pounds, making it a total of 30 pounds lost since the start of my journey. This lifestyle change has been a challenging venture for me, between managing a preexisting ED and bipolar flareups that worsen it. But anyway, I've heeded some good advice and have readjusted my weight loss plan and routine.
Here is my progress:- I went from about 500 calories per day to about 1000 calories per day
- I cut down my workout regimen from 3 hours per day to 60 minutes three times a week
I'll be honest. I feel as though my weight loss has stalled since I've increased calories and slowed down on exercise. BUT I seem to be maintaining more steadily.. Before, I found myself fluctuating
a lot, sometimes jumping 2-3 pounds (lost & gained) on the scale, just from day to day. So it hasn't just been a physical tweaking (eating more/exercising less) but it's been a huge mental adjustment too. I've had to look myself in the mirror, tell myself that
"I'm worth it" and believe it. To point, thanks again for an informative and supportive site. And I wish everyone the very best success in their weight loss journey as well.
