Default Is it noticable?
I think so, but when I showed the pics to my parents they were like "yeah." So I'm curious if its because they see me often, or because I know how much I've lost that *I* notice it because of that.

From 175 (my heaviest) to 159, still a ways to go! My ultimate goal is 135, but its nice to look back when things get rough and seem hopeless and go "oh yeah, I've already done it. I just need to do it again."

Thanks! I didn't express it well, but my parents were more nonchalant about it. Like "that's nice, dear". Not quite so cold, but you know what I mean

That's a huge difference! I notice it mostly in your stomach and your arms, you look more toned overall as well.

I can't wait until I get closer to that weight and look that good!
