Default I've Come This far by FAITH-- 50lbs GONE(50 more to go)
After my 3rd child I began to fall apart. I developed high blood pressure and the weight was packing on. I laid in my bed one day when my pressure was 160/100 and asked God for COURAGE to loose it. I am on my journey and am encouraged to maintain healthy LIFETIME choices. I thank God for my husband who loves and encourages me : )


Me at 227! I am only 5'2" WOW



Plump me. My gobbler REALLY BOTHERED ME


Me at 199! I cried because I was out of the 200's. First time in 10 years.



Me at Church. My gobbler is almost gone..


Yet again melting away...




Me today at 179! I am out of the 180's....Pushing toward 129!!! Can you believe I have even start to RUN on the treadmill. Praise God!!!






****Most recent update...I am tettering around 177...Got to get out of this rut!*****

You look amazing. The halfway point for anything is amazing and always makes me think about it "all being downhill from here." If I can get halfway, my body does not let me stop

THanks so much for the encouragement. This site has been such blessing to me. Anyone just starting out...KEEP going. At first it seems like you will never get there but keep going. YOU WILL LOOSE THE WEIGHT. Your body wants to be healthy and will help you get there. Make up your mind that you want and then dont stop. God bless!!!
