Everyone here has been so inspirational and helpful, I wanted to share so that maybe I could inspire others.
I've been having a bad week actually, so I thought this might help me.
I was 207 in the picture on the left, taken sometime last year. The camo pants you see were uncomfortably tight then, and the picture on the right was taken today 1/24/09 and this is what 46 pounds lost looks like.
I started my journey in July 08 and here we are January 09! 26 more pounds to go!
