I've lost almost another 20 but I don't have any pictures yet but I'll update when I take some.
I'm not on any particular plan, I basically eat what I know is good for me and try and stay away from the bad foods that I shouldn't eat. I drink about 100-150 oz of water a day. I exercise 7x a week for at least 45 minutes but sometimes I go to 2 hours, depending on how I feel.
WOW....you lost that much weight in 1 weeks....You really didnt look like you were close to 300 lbs...wow There is a difference already. You'll get to your goal in no time. LIke what was your eating habits and excerise schedule like. I just started wellbutrin and I now have motivation. I was on lexapro and didnt want to do much of anything. No I am feeling motivated so I want to jump on this and get some where by summer.
