I count calories (1500-2000 a day) and I excersize at least 4 times a week. Sometimes more. I stay active by walking to the corner store instead of driving. Taking the stairs at work (14 stories).
Making my excersize fun is what really motivates me. I usually do about 1 hr and 30 minutes of cardio when I excersize but half is high intensity and the other half is low intensity. I really like the low intensity becuase it is for longer and I can sing to my music! LOL!
Basically I do everything that I was lacking in the first place which made me gain the weight. I am trying a ton of new activities and my life is alot more interesting to be honest.
I think you will do great. Even if the weight doesn't drop instantly off you, like in my case, just keep working at it. It will come off and the feeling of being healthy is just amazing! I think I have another month or more before I reach my ultimate goal and I can't wait!
