My Mini Goals:
1) Consume less than 120 grams of carbs, 30 grams of sugar and 1,100 net calories (factoring in exercise) 2) Exercise 6 days per week at least 45 minutes per day
3) Follow the Bariatric surgery eating plan
4) Make the most of each moment

My sis has been doing boot camp and low carb....and she told me recently she is 15% bf with a skin caliper test, she used to have so much boobage she had to have a reduction. Now she is saying she has no boobs and needs implants.
I am a vain little creature when it comes to my curves. I am so glad to see someone who lost a bunch of weight and still has curves. You look hot!
