Here are a few pictures of my progress so far. On January 3rd I was 184 and today I am 159. My first mini goal was 164; now changed to 154. Of course I am still very critical of my hip area as I believe I have made absolutely NO progress there but I am happier with my profile pictures. My butt is not so “bubblely” and waist/tummy is smaller.
I just need to remember that I take off weight the opposite way I put it on. I am hoping now the hips will start to slim down!
