Have you had your food journal looked over? Maybe your accidently doubling up on something? This is my first time on the plan, I've been losing, but I'm hungry all the time! That was one thing that drew me to the plan is that you weren't supposed to be hungry, haha. So much for that.

My plan only requires 2 HNS', so they're suggestion is to use the max of 4, and then eat sugar free jello. I can't afford the 4 a day, so I've been trying the Syntrax flavors to find one I like to use those in addition to the HNS'.

Hello everyone!
I love all the recipes and food suggestions- always looking for something new to try.
I love the Dole chopped Asian salad mix - 25 cal per serving and it's crunchy good mixed w romaine or even by itself. I add Marie's lemon or raspberry Vinegarette - add slices of apples or oranges. Yum!
Christina- have you tried the Syntrax Double Stuffed Cookie nectar protein mix? I ordered it from Vitacost for $32.99 then another 12% off with an online coupon.
I'm also making sugar free jello and blending with plain FF greek yogurt (23 g. Protein). Add frozen strawberries and throw in the blender
