I don't consider it a struggle. It is what it is and I keep weighing in like normal.
I've learned over the years that I tend to gain four pounds during that time. So if I maintain, or go up ever so slightly, so be it. I've done this long enough to know that without fail, the weight ALWAYS comes flying off once it ends if I have stuck with the plan. If I don't, then it won't.
I quit letting it play head games with me a long time ago.
