Has anyone found that certain supplements work better for belly fat than others? I am now entering my second month on this diet and I am happy with the weight loss in the one month but my clothes are still tight and I am unhappy with my mid section. I have lost almost 15 pounds and figured things would start fitting better by now. I still feel fat. I really thought after a whole month of eating this way compared to the crap I was eating before this diet that the "fat" feeling would have gone away much quicker. Anyways any supplements and activities that help with belly flab would be helpful. Thanks
Which supplements are you currently taking? MR-6 is supposed to help with that and I think it really has for me. I've lost a lot more inches than pounds and the biggest loss has been in my mid-section/waist/hips.
