Default Suggestions ???

Hi everyone! I am planning on going for a consultation this week at MRC. Any information or suggestions? Are there different diets to choose from and if so which works for you? I don't want to buy a lot of supplements, etc. I want to learn what to eat and not just lose the weight. Thanks for any help you may have

Depending on the amount you want to lose, the councelor will suggest what is the best program for you. At my center the only thing I have to take with the program are the HNS drinks.

Be honest with yourself and the counselors. They'll be able to tailor a program to fit your needs. One of my favorite parts of the program is the accountability.

Thanks for the replies....

Fluffy, I think all I want to use are the HNS drinks. I need to lose around 25 to 30 lbs. I keep struggling and it won't come off!!

Rachels, I am with you...I have to be accountable. I just can't do it alone anymore so maybe being accountable to weigh in and be counseled will be what I need.....so, here goes to a new journey !!

Thanks Rachels...I went yesterday to a center in my area. They were having open house and their programs were 50% off! So, I signed up for 17 weeks. I am not starting the preconditioning phase until Tuesday. I wanted to wait until after Memorial Day, just in case some obstacles arose. I am excited and was impressed with the center and the employees. So, I pray this is the plan that works...I think this is the only one I haven't tried !!

Great! Go, Marie! You can do this... just plan your day and your meals and water... and exercise if you want to. Journal everything... drink the water... you got this!

Welcome! Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend!
