Does anyone else have a hard time during their monthly cycle? I just finished my cycle and would get cravings towards the end of the day. I gave in and ate a handful of dry roasted peanuts and a few animal crackers. Does anyone else battle this and if so what do you do to overcome it? I do fine and want for nothing when not on my monthly.
Yep, I get really intense cravings. I know that Guggul really helps me during that time....that's a supplement at the Center. I also max out my HNS's on high craving days and do 1-2 fiber drinks.....it helps me. Also, I try and make sure I'm doing really well OP and enjoy a chocolate cocoa (a creamy) at the end of the day. The hot drink is really satisfying.
