Default Water Question

Hi everyone!

Many times I mix my HNS or Fulfill with a 32 oz. glass of water. Can I count any of that water towards my daily intake or is it just considered my HNS?

Thanks!

I've been told I can only count 'clear water' as daily water intake. I tend to not agree 100% with that...but try to drink 96 oz of clear water daily - don't really know why it matters especially when I can drink the liquid HNS from the pouch and drink a bottle of water to wash it down, seems kinda silly to me

Hi Secretgrl77. Your water count is separate from the water that you get with your HNS or Fulfill.

Yep, like everyone else has already said... it has to be clear water for it to count towards your water intake. HNS and fullfill drinks are separate.

I like to drink them straight from the pouch too! It's like a treat =)

I can't do the HNS straight from the pouch, so I mix them with only about 6- 8 oz of water.

I don 't like them from the pouch either...I have to have them in water, but I stick to 6-8oz of water too. I make myself drink at least 75oz of my 100+oz of water a day before I'll drink anything else (decal tea or coffee, diet rite, etc)...this way all the other drinks are "rewards" for myself. I figure this is a good habit to hang onto even after my MRC days are over.

My hubby & I had a bet going...does crystal count towards your water for the day. I said yes. He said no. He won. Is there any truth to drinking cold water because your body has to work harder to warm it up...just something I heard through the grapevine?

We were told that yes your body works a little harder trying to process the cold water.. Or at least you burn a few more calories. They said it really doesn't matter as long as you drink your water..

Cheers!

I was told the same thing about HNS - they said 8oz of water really is the most we should mix it with. I usually just drink mine right from the pouch. Quick, easy and I don't have to fuss with it. I'm contemplating what they'd be like frozen for a summer snack.

That's odd because on the package is says 10oz. of Water. i wander why they want you to drink minimal water with the HNS??
