I am new to 3FC and to MRC. Several folks at work are doing this that the center started giving us all a discount on signing up ($199) and they ALL have lost weight on this program. I was (and still a bit) skeptical. Then I came across this site while trying to research MRC and been reading so many of the threads on here that I decided to do this. I was concerned from some of the negative posts, but like some have said, we are all different and what works for one may not work for another. I need help. There I admitted it
I have never posted on a chat/blog...I don't even know what it is called that I am doing...but if I can't get the support at home I am hoping I can get the support to be healthy and love myself and my body here.
I start the Pre-Conditioning tomorrow. I am scared that I will fail again at weight loss and just continue to get bigger and bigger. Sugar is my down fall. I get stressed and I want chocolate cookies! Go to the menu class next Friday. I was not told to weigh or measure anything, just pick 1 item from each of the four groups.
