Default Joined MRC Today!

Hello All!

I am new to 3FC and to MRC. Several folks at work are doing this that the center started giving us all a discount on signing up ($199) and they ALL have lost weight on this program. I was (and still a bit) skeptical. Then I came across this site while trying to research MRC and been reading so many of the threads on here that I decided to do this. I was concerned from some of the negative posts, but like some have said, we are all different and what works for one may not work for another. I need help. There I admitted it

I have never posted on a chat/blog...I don't even know what it is called that I am doing...but if I can't get the support at home I am hoping I can get the support to be healthy and love myself and my body here.

I start the Pre-Conditioning tomorrow. I am scared that I will fail again at weight loss and just continue to get bigger and bigger. Sugar is my down fall. I get stressed and I want chocolate cookies! Go to the menu class next Friday. I was not told to weigh or measure anything, just pick 1 item from each of the four groups.

You will do GREAT! I just started last Saturday and have already lost 5#'s! I am sooo excited. And it has been really easy to follow too! Everyone here is very helpful and motivating so stick with the website and you'll do great.

jlm125 - Welcome! You have just made the best decision ever for yourself my joining MRC. It is not going to be easy and yes there will be frustrations, but in the end this program works and not only will you lose weight, your sugar cravings will decrease and you will start to feel great. I won't kid you as you go through pre-conditioning, and the 11 days following will be trying at times, as you might experience withdrawal symptoms from the carbs, sugars, fats, etc...once I got beyond this my body will felt great, I sleep better, and I have lost 42 pounds and going. Good luck and do keep in touch through this site... we all support each other through the easy days and very hard days...no judgments!

welcome 2 mrc and the forum jlm.. you can count on all of us for support as you go through your (sometimes difficult but rewarding) weight loss program! this forum has a lot of great advice and do look at the advice for newbies thread .. once you complete your 10 days into the program you'l have more food options 2 choose from & on the recipe book i remember seeing brownie bites n some other great "choco" recipes (which you make with the mrc supplement) thought u'd like to hear that!! enjoy ur precondition as there will be some food items u will be avoiding till u complete your program. But thers lots of other options 2 chose from and i know u'l do great! all the best and
