Seeking guidance and suggestions
I am having some trouble getting back on track after working really hard for about 4 weeks on program-following it to a T, and then not losing anything. I just started the All Day Weight Loss fat burners where you take 2 capsules 4 times a day-that on top of the other 10 pills I am taking a day just seems like too much! I have been OP since the middle of August and just can't seem to make this work, I get into a rut really easily-any suggestions to get this started again??
