Default Getting ready for the weekend

I always seem to lose more weight at the weekend than during the week. I think it is because I am much more active without the risk of nights out with work colleagues. I also seem to be able to eat smaller portions at home than at work.

But its definitely an exciting time on Friday to see how the scales will look by Monday.

Are weekends better or worse for you? Or just the same?

I'm retired, so I have a different problem since every day is a weekend. But, based solely on the calendar, I usually do better during the week, and I imagine it's because I go to the gym M-F; but give myself a couple of off days on the weekend. Actually, I'm just thrilled if the scale moves down some during a week, and I'll take it on whatever day my body deigns to offer up some ray of sunshine.

I'm the opposite. I'm usually better during the week because my weekdays have strucuture. So I usually lose all week then the scale's back up on Monday.
