I wouldnt recommend it. The honey can throw you out of ketosis which is one of the things which make IP work so well.
To cut your hunger, drink a cup of hot herbal tea (try peppermint, Celestrial Seasonings Bengal Spice, Yogi Tea "Chocolate" or the myriad of other interesting flavors) with a little sweetener like Splenda or Truvia.
The heat from the drink will help a lot.
Drinking water before a meal and after you finish your portion will also help.
If you have gone this long without the honey, you dont need it.
