well the scale is being to move. I am recovering from a bad slip up earlier this week, but now the scale is moving....how are you all doing?

Well today was great for me. I did an atkins day. I have been alternating Atkins/stillmans/medifast and love it.

I'm quiting the challenge (even though I started it, due to lack of participation).

I wish you well on your Medifast diet goals..
