Whenever I get bloated while doing low carb it usually means I'm not getting enough veggies. Make yourself a nice big salad with a homemade vinegar/oil dressing.. light on the vinegar. Eating a big salad with some olive oil once a day will do wonders for bloating and constipation. As will some good nuts, Walnuts are pretty good for low carbing.
Birds which are too heavy cannot fly very high. The same is true of those who mistreat their bodies.
