This, absolutely. Amlactin used to be a prescription item, but now you can buy it at Costco - in a giant two pack, of course.

I use a foot file while in the shower, the Amlactin, and then white socks in bed. I also use the lotion on my elbows. This is the only thing I have found that keeps my dry, cracked skin in shape.

Soak them in vodka. It really works help that old yucky skin crack off...and helps with any foot odor. I use Coconut oil as a moisturizer.

Oh, that seems like a waste of good vodka to me. Maybe if it's super cheap vodka out of a plastic bottle.

The vodka surprises me...seems like alcohol would dry out the feet even more but maybe it kills bacteria?
