I'm just curious what are your favourite scents. Perfumes and colognes. Mine has shifted through the years. In high school I loved Chanel #5, then for a few years I wore Red Door. Now I am really loving Sarah Jessica Parker's Lovely. I'm usually not one for Celeb scents, but Lovely is such a classic scent, I think I will be wearing that for a long time.
For men I'm partial to Nautica Classic, so hard to find though.
I was hooked on Bath and Body Works "Pink Grapefruit" but they discontinued it--boo! All I have left is a little body spray and when that's gone, I'm out. So I need a new scent.
I wear Calvin Kline's Obsession, it isn't overpowering on me and I don't smell it myself. I've tried others and I feel sick from the smell.
Hubby just uses Aqua velva aftershave, it's clean and has a light scent.
It's been Chanel No. 22 for nearly 20 years. I've tried other scents, but they all end up smelling funny on me. Luckily I love the Chanel, so it works for me.
I always loved Chanel No. 5, but it always seemed like a scent for an older woman. Now I am an older woman and it still seems too old for me. Weird.
There are very few perfumes I can tolerate - there is some common ingredient that gives me an instant headache when I get a whiff of it. And I'm really smell sensitive, which limits me too.
So when I find one I can wear headache-free and that I like I get so excited! Right now it's Delices de Cartier that I'm wearing. Love it.
Another loyalist here... I've worn Je Reviens by Worth -- the perfume only, not the Eau de Cologne, bath spray or anything else -- my whole life. I've never found anything I like better, so I suppose it really HAS become a signature scent. It's also become very, very hard to find. :/ Fortunately, it takes very little, and an ounce will last me for years.
For men, I love 1903 by J. Peterman, so long as it is gently and lightly worn.
