Default Check this out! A FREE Maintenance email newsletter from Kaiser-Permanente!!!

I've actually been subscribing to this for some months now, and HIGHLY recommend it - you don't even have to be a Kaiser member (I'm not!) to receive it.

It’s not easy.
It’s hard to lose weight and sometimes harder to keep it off. That’s why we have created an online newsletter to support you as you work to maintain your new, healthier lifestyle.

Sign up now for information, tips, encouragement and support to keep off the weight and enjoy better health.

Go to kp.org/maintainweight to sign up. We will email a newsletter to you once a month at no cost.

Even if you haven’t recently lost weight, sign up for monthly motivation and tips on how to live well and thrive.
You can register at this link.

Even tho I'm not a K-P member, I'm very impressed with their proactive stance towards helping the public not only lose weight, but MAINTAIN that loss.

Thanks for the link! I used to be a member (back when my parents' insurance covered me!) -- they are all about preventative health care.
