canned beans (drained)
ff plain yogurt
Boca bugers in various flavors
Fish
Seitan

Fruit/veg:

The treats:

Reading these posts is very interesting! I got a lot of good ideas. I'm also a huge oatmeal fan, tho. I never use splenda. I also love other hot cereals--Cream of Wheat, mixed grains, etc. Very filling.

I am a foodie and intend to stay one, though a more descriminating, healthy one.

Although I love oatmeal, It doesnt stick with me for very long.

Current likes:

-any fresh fruit except tropicals
-baked apples - sliced, cinnamon, fresh lemon zest and juice, splenda, and nuke 4min.
-broccoli
-salads
-veggie lasagne (low fat) with homemade thin noodles
-sf jello blended with milk, lemon zest and juice, and frozen strawberries- big yum
-sf jello with fruit, bananas or canned mixed
-baked winter squash eaten plain- current favorite 'buttercup'
-tuna (i;m also gonna try those tuna burgers from Ilene)
-baked whole chicken with skin/wings/legs and bones used to make stock
-salmon and other fish
-homemade low fat mostly veggie soups of all kinds - major staple
-strong flavored regular cheeses used in very small amounts (parmesan, romano, sharp cheddar)(I would rather have a fraction of the real thing than more of 'the other')
-one half glass of 2-buck chuck Trader Joe's cab. sav. red wine, almost daily
-hot tea
-bottled water

jan - there are more things I want to try in order to add to my list.
